Episode 49 - Thomas from Gazpacho on 'Demon'

Gazpacho are BACK. Their new album Demon is out now: a four song cycle based on “the mad ramblings left behind by an unknown tenant in an apartment in Prague”. So, the first of many questions asked by your host Billy Reeves to Thomas Andersen was “..what?” and the second was “how did you turn that into an album?” Hear their conversation herein, as well as excerpts from the album.

Played with the Tromsø Chamber Orchestra, commissioned for the Tromsø Kulturhus in cooperation with the Arctic Opera and Philharmonic Orchestra. Episide 40 - 5th anniversay night preview with Sel from Amplifier

 Welcome back to the Kscope Podcast: in which we look forward to the 5th Anniversary celebration shows at The Garage in London.

5 years, 2 nights. You’ll hear, in this Podcast, from all 8 acts that will be taking part.  PLUS an exclusive interview with Sel from Amplifier – the band who’ll be closing the first night.

On Wednesday 24th July, as well as Amplifier, we’ll see and hear Bruce Soord and Jonas Renkse performing music from their their new ‘Wisdom of Crowds’ album together for the first time ever. The bill will be completed by Nosound and a rare live performance by Henry Fool, featuring Tim Bowness of No-Man.
